How did you find the forum? while googlin about fatty acids
How did you find Ray Peat's work? same of the above
How long have you been Peating? never been peatarian (I was unaware of him) but I think my current diet is pretty alike
What is your favorite part about Peating? no favoritism
What is the worst part? sugar
What are your health issues? liver condition (cirrhosis)
What does your diet consist of? If you post a detailed outline of your diet members can take a look at it and maybe see things that can help optimize it. -

After lurking for some time I decided to join to be able to ask questions, I see a lot of interesting threads. Been able to surive to my liver condition up to now, hope to follow that way for some more, lol.
About my current diet I almost live on fruit/carrots/greens juices, low carbs, red meat, saturated fats (no pufas or as low as possible), milk, lot of cheese, butter, eggs, liver from times to times, some coffee, fresh fruit, fish from time to time, more stuff plus an huge stack of supplements (vits and aminos) and some herbs, only drugs I take (by prescription) are propranolol and nitro.
