Since starting Peating I've come to realize that I have more questions than answers. Just hoping that some of your brilliance will save me some time because personally I could live on the internet trying to figure out what's going on with me.
My idea of optimal health has been somewhat frustrating experience, as many of you I'm sure can relate, and my hope is that Peating will finally get me there. Although I have some basic understanding, I still have a lot to learn, and your experiences and input will be greatly appreciated.
