Hi everyone!

I've found Ray Peat through Danny Roddy and realised that the best shot to have a healthier hair is to be healthy.
I've started implementing changes to my diet and I've been following the forum for a few months now.
Overall I haven't felt a lot of differences but I know it takes time.
