I found Ray Peat through Danny Roddy. My main goal is to grow and thicken my hair, but I also have some additional issues I would have to resolve. Some mild acne, mild digestive issues, and some allergies. Overall, I just want to reach optimal health and remain there for as long as possible. The information I have come across has been very interesting and I am eager to learn more.
