You mention that you are sensitive to the sun, but you didn't mention how your Vitamin D levels are (or whether you supplement with Vitamin D). Vitamin D is a supplement that is good for rosacea which is what could be causing/contributing to your red nose. Peat says Vitamin D is good for skin conditions and he recommends a level of 50-60 ng/l.
Okay, yeah I supplement with Vitamin D. Last time I checked I had 56 ng/ml.
