I have spent the last two years trying to up my temps and pulse. I am stuck on 36.1 morning temp and a 60 pulse. Although that can drop to 35.9 and 50 at times, I have found no common factor influencing this. I will be trying vitamin A and red light over the next few months.

My problem is infertility (trying 4 years), the doctors are telling me I am IN menopause, not peri-menopause as they were suggesting 2 years ago. I have not had a menstrual cycle for 2 years. I am 37 in May.

If anyone could give me a fresh take on my labs that would be most helpful. I can get more labs done if I'm missing anything or the test needs to be more current.

It would be amazing if someone, anyone, could have a quick look at my labs. I just need a little inspiration that I'm on the right track or not. I'm especially confused about my estrogen levels.

Thank you!!!
