How much MB were you using?
Were you well nourished?
Do you usually get headaches when not using MB?

1 mg only.

After breakfast.

No, I don't.
I'm prone to headaches and migraines, and I've used MB about 400mcg several times and didn't notice it particularly triggering headache for me.

If it was a one off, it might have been coincidence.
If repeated, you could try a smaller dose? Maybe try 100 mcg and see if that works OK for you?

Whole grain bread and a egg.
Do you eat that kind of bread regularly? I have been cutting off high fibre bread because of the headaches it give me. After cutting it out I noticed I have less headaches, and even if I eat too much cereal I get the same headache. Insoluble fibre just isn’t digestible. The stress you put in your gut, your brain can feel it too. Could also be the proteins in the bread like gluten which are also hard to digest.

Potatoes’ soluble fibre are much more digestible and the only insoluble fibre is in the skin of the potato, which we peel off.

If I have MB in the evening I will get a low blood sugar headache at night because of the metabolic stimulation. Maybe fruit/ OJ with breakfast might help?
