Tension headache after Blue Sky Soda and Cottage Cheese

Tension headache number 2 after a soda and cup of whole milk. I must be sensitive to something in the soda? I have been headache free with just the milk, but adding soda to my diet seems to causing some stress in my head.

Dark sodas are supposed to have more histamines which could cause headaches. Maybe try lighter sodas like ginger ale.

I have noticed strange almost allergic reactions lately involving the tops of my hands… I thought it could be the oranges I have been eating. The skin on the tops of my hands get bright red, and hot. Then skin has gotten "scale-y" on my knuckles and the skin is sooooo dry.

My husband had the exact same reaction to blood oranges - in the exact same spot! Weird! I got a 2x1 inch rash on my leg. Wasn't sure if it was gelatin or oranges. Guess I know now :)

Could it be from the oils in the peel getting on your skin? Well, guess not on your leg. Still, it might be from ingestion of some oil from the peels.
