I seem to be getting a headache, particularly in the afternoon, after 5 PM, from eating low fat and using coconut oil.
My macros:
125-150 g of protein
30-40 g of Fat
250-275 g of carbs
~2000 kcal
Can't really determine if it's the low-fat portion or the coconut oil but I'm more inclined to think it's the former.
I have no idea why that would be the case. I eat maybe 20 g of coconut oil per day, not more.
