this is why i am here, there is not many people out there to understand or discuss about all the systematic issues and odd symptoms. I cannot eat eggs since 20, all i know is my liver and gallblader cannot tolerate. histamines are on the list to check.I am anti-doctor so I couldn't tell you anything about their tests. If you are having histamine issues, cheese is gonna add to it, anything aged, dried out or fermented, and many fruits and some vegetables, even beef and aged and other aged meats, egg whites and most condiments. Those aren't things you will always have to avoid, if you find you are having histamine issues, you will just limit them until your histamine loads gets cleared out. It is all very taxing on the liver which then creates other problems.
Dr. Peat recommends to keep TSH around 0.4, so you could definitely experiment with tyromix to see if you feel better on it. What is your cholesterol level? Over 200 could also provide evidence that thyroid could help.i will test my blood sugar in the morning, it is definetely worth to test. Thank you! my cholesterol is bad and also apo-b is bad, so i beileve thyroid will work.Dr. Peat recommends to keep TSH around 0.4, so you could definitely experiment with tyromix to see if you feel better on it. What is your cholesterol level? Over 200 could also provide evidence that thyroid could help.
According to that blood work, it looks like your Vitamin D is out of range, on the low end. Is this correct? Do you supplement vitamin D?
Your vitamin D is low. This is the first thing I would address. vitamin di will test my blood sugar in the morning, it is definetely worth to test. Thank you! thank you for converting my results.I am thinking 5000IU for supplementin(weight 50kg) and maybe trying some tanning studio with the right uv dose and timing ?Vitamin D (25-OH) 41.0 nmol/L
To put your current Vitamin D level into perspective:
41.0 nmol/L = 12 ng/ml
Peat recommends:
160 nmol/L = 50 ng/ml
With a Vitamin D level as low as yours currently is, you are definitely going to get "systematic issues and odd symptoms". You need to take D3 everyday to get your level up to the optimal range. Retest in 3 or 4 months.
Based on your weight, 5,000 IU per day of D3 should get your levels into an optimal range fairly quickly. Get some sunlight as well. I don't think it is necessary to use a tanning studio as there are definitely cons to consider with tanning beds. Hopefully you will feel much better when your D level is in the optimal range.thank you for converting my results.I am thinking 5000IU for supplementin(weight 50kg) and maybe trying some tanning studio with the right uv dose and timing ?
