Just thought I'd post my childhood favourite snack:
2 egg yolks
2 rounded tsp of sugar or to taste (powdered sugar for me)
Mix to a consistency you like and enjoy.
My mum used to make lots of cakes by first mixing eggs and sugar together and often I used to help her and used to eat lots of it as I was mixing it into a pale yellow mixture. Eventually my mum got sick of me eating half the mixture so just had me make my own and I was hooked since and intuitively craved it and now rediscovered this simple pleasure again. :)
