Here's an old ABC news piece on British research that showed nano particles could damage cells even without entering them.
The particles were found to change the function of cells and how they communicated with other cells. They caused significant damage to DNA without even entering the cell.
There is an interview between Reiner Fuellmich (suing over the Covid vax) and a German cell biologist in which she says the same thing. She said studies had shown nano particles were toxic to humans and she wasn't aware of any research showing a way to use nano particles safely in humans.
Jacob Wes Ulm, MD PhD, a geneticist, was also very worried about the nano particles in the Covid shots. So is Carrie Madej, DO, who pointed to studies showing collapses in immune response from them.

Looking for the original research but quickly here are a bunch of studies that showed lung damage, DNA damage, brain damage, etc. from nano particles:
Nanoparticles may cause DNA damage to brain cells across a cellular barrier
New research by scientists shows that when cellular barriers are exposed to metal nanoparticles, cellular messengers are released that may cause damage to the DNA of developing brain cells. The discovery may have implications for the development of potential drug targets in the treatment of...www.sciencedaily.com

Nasal COVID Swabs with Nanoparticles Cause Brain Damage! | Principia Scientific Intl.
In a follow up to our December article that PCR swabs may be contaminated with dangerous nanoparticles is this study from Trinity College, Dublin which affirms that nanoparticles alter DNA and cause brain damage. The study appears in the popular journal, Nature. We urge readers to exercise...principia-scientific.com
Impact of nanoparticles on DNA repair processes: current knowledge and working hypotheses

Silver nanoparticles: evaluation of DNA damage, toxicity and functional impairment in human mesenchymal stem cells - PubMed
Silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) are the most frequent commercialized nanomaterial currently. Due to a distinct lack of information on hazardous properties of Ag-NPs in human cells, a study was conducted to evaluate Ag-NP induced DNA damage, cell death and functional impairment in human mesenchymal...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
