Anyone know how to reduce size of colon with nutrients. After operation years ago for peritonitis. My Colon seems big in my tummy. Making it not so flat looking if I make sense

I would recommend aspirin. It's very protective against GI-tract pathologies, and especially colon cancer. It will probably be effective in lowering inflammation, if that is indeed what is happening.

Really good actually. Surprised tbh. Butyrate is said to help reduce colon inflammation.
