Coconut milk?

Most of that sold in stores has gums or is overpriced. But you can make your own coconut milk from water and shredded coconut in a blender. But most of that non-organic shredded coconut of coconut flour from shredded coconut has sulphites in it, its just so white like snow.

Easy way to avoid is to buy organic shredded coconut ... or just stick to cow's milk. Aside from coconut oil, the only other part of the coconut I use is coconut cream b/c it's like a third of the price of milk cream.

So fricking delicious, I use organic coconut cream and milk often with no problems. Whipped coconut cream, YES.
