I've never had any bad effects from it. Doxy and mino give me GI upset. Amoxy is fine but not that powerful.

Worst i got from Azithromycin was a bit under a week or so of diarrhoea, but its penicillin i would personally steer clear of. That really did a number on me. If i happen to get any kind of infection in the future, i wouldn't be opposed to taking Azithromycin again
