Here's an interesting graph of the Google search volume for "Ray Peat". Interest seems to have taken off in 2011. That's when I first started hearing about his ideas.

It's at its peak now and has a nice curve. In a year or two the world will be a different place. Apparently the critical mass was reached in 2011.

Before we pat ourselves on the back too much, let me point out that there were 10 times as many searches for mcdougall, and we're still dwarfed by paleo and vegan in terms of searches. Ray Peat is still a very niche diet.

That assumes 2.5 new members per day. That's the average of the last 38 days.

I think the lifetime of the forum average is 1.9 per day. If this forum has been online about 7 months, or 210 days, and it has 400 members. So the average is increasing. If it keeps increasing, we'll of course have 1000 members before November.

You can do it with something like an excel table. I think I did it once and it wasn't very interesting because the rate kept changing.
