Vitamin E Powder?

I have been searching for a vitamin E product that does not contain any soy or vegetables oils, preferably. I have recently come across a vitamin E supplement in powdered form. It contains no soy, and the only other ingredient is “food starch”. I didn’t know vitamin E could come in a powdered form.
Should I give it a shot? Seems safer than most other vitamin E supps out there.
