what causes a person to be sensitive to touch?
Some days I notice touch can be electrifying while other days I don’t feel anything. Similar with feeling things in my body in general. Have you ever spoken to someone and felt like their words were making your organs vibrate, like the energy radiating from a person was being perceived and processed not just by your brain but by your entire body?
I know I took a lot of magnesium yesterday but I would like to know more about this. Low serotonin? Less in your head and more in your body?

Yes low serotonin probably (if you mean it in a good way and not due to endotoxin). Lots of aspirin, coffee, sugar, whole milk makes me feel this way (and pregnenolone back when I took it). Whereas starch, phosphate, alcohol, being mean to people (so I guess this releases serotonin...?) does the opposite.

It sounds similar to frission, which apparently women are more likely feel than men. And women tend to have lower serotonin.
