SALT POLL (IODIZED OR NOT?)

Do you use iodized salt or the non-iodized versions?

Switching to non-iodized salt was perhaps the biggest mistake of my life because I do not live in a place where seafood is abundant

Considering microplastics, heavy metals, parasites, and pufa; I have been questioning whether seafood should be consumed regularly, and whether ruminant liver can be a substitute for fish for minerals. In addition, whenever I eat fish (or chicken, for that matter), I never feel full for hours. Like, I eat a big fish meal with good amounts of carbs, and 30-60 minutes later I start to feel hungry again. That doesn’t happen with red meat. It reminds me of a Joe Swanson quote: “fishing - for sports only; fish meat is basically a vegetable.” I am a man though, women generally prefer white meat as far as I can observe.
