Relationship Between Aspirin And Vitamin K

Hello, I have seen some people suggest that aspirin be balanced with supplemental vitamin k2. What is the physiological basis for this recommendation? Looking at pathways, it is not clear how the cox 2 pathway that aspirin acts on is related to the blood coagulation pathway that k2 acts on. So, it isn't clear to me that whatever imbalance may be induced by excessive cox inhibition would be obviated by more carboxylation via k2.
