Ray Peat Carrot Salad

For those struggling with the carrot salad, this is my concoction:

1 carrot grated
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Drizzle white wine vinegar
30g grated parmigiana reggiano cheese
Salt

This combination tastes delicious and offsets the tangy flavour of the vinegar with the salty cheese and the sweetness of the coconut oil.

I don't eat carrot salad because it backs me up, which defeats the purpose of eating it. Activated charcoal does the same thing. (Doesn't back me up, absorbs toxins.<G>)
Activated carbon cannot be used every day like carrots. Ray wrote about it.
