I've read all the puffy nipples threads but I'm having a hard time finding the root cause and can't get a hormonal blood test on my own because I'm too young.
1) Roughly 5'10 160 lbs. I can easily tell I have type 1 gyno where the areola is puffy. The lower chest protrudes a bit but not so much. Other than that I'm muscular and have a 6 pack but still have some noticeable body fat on the obliques. Chest is wider than hips. I play sports but don't workout all that much.
2) Another issue I have is persistent eye floaters. Very annoying and makes it difficult to concentrate
3) Hard flaccid syndrome which has more to do with pelvic floor muscles being tight and limiting blood flow. Could this cause alterations in hormone production?
I'm wondering if these issues are connected in some way.
Aside from all the issues I still feel good on a regular basis, physically energetic, and friendly. Many of my friends think I have good genes but I tried a lot of things to improve my health after being in a bad state. I'm still learning and I apologize for the lengthy explanation. I would appreciate any help or tips I can get. Thank you! @Hans @haidut
Some background
Eat carbs (fruits, rice), fats (coconut oil, eggs, grassfed butter, and olive oil), protein from animals + gelatin. I also eat organ meats 1-2 a week.
I get sunlight, use red light therapy, get good sleep, use aspirin, methylene blue, multivitamin + individual vitamins (niacinamide zinc mag), succinic acid, pansterone on scrotum, androsterone to the nipples, pyrucet etc.
Only reason why I think it's prolactin is because I've done nofap for 90 days a couple of times and it went away every time. But to constantly focus on abstaining is so difficult. This difficulty I have makes me feel like it's some sort of cortisol/estrogen problem. I was heavily addicted when I was younger but not so much anymore. It still feels like a habit which mean I may still have problem. I noticed after pmo the nipples get puffier
My last blood test was 2 years ago getting another one soon
TSH .275 (tried beef thyroid at the time)
cholesterol 180
Vitamin D was not checked but I was getting lots of sun at the time
trigylcerides 46
hdl-c 72 mg/dl
vldl 9 mg/dl
ldl-c 100 mg/dl
hemoglobin A1c 4.8
calcium 9.8 mg/dL
(Idk if more info is needed but I'll leave it at that)
