I am planning to experiment with the abortion drug Mifepristone (RU-486) on my rat. It is a progesterone receptor antangonist. I am doing it to get rid of the puffy nipples that the rat got from applying a progesterone cream that had also Saw Palmetto in it. I have done all the other possible remedies like SERMS, aromatase inhibitors, and Dopamine Agonists with no results.
Anyways, I have come up with the idea of adminstering it topically by dissolving the Mifepristone powder in the DMSO in a concentration of like 20 mg/ml. I will be applying this solution straight up on the rat's nippples/areola, because the progesterone cream was also adminstered the same way which caused puffy nipples. My question is do I just throw the powder in the dmso bottle and shake it up and it is done? Moreover what would be the storage guidelines for this solution? i.e how long will the solution stay good and at what temperature should i store it?
