Hi guys looking for some help here ive got blood tests booked in but its a 3 week wait so thought i would ask some advice on here. My last blood test i had normal testosterone and e2 levels but both on the low end. Im struggling with a few things like sleep i find it hard to get to sleep and often wake up 2 or 3 times. Fatigue is another one i seem to really struggle during the afternoon time and need to sit down alot. My sex drive/libido is terrible. Hair has been falling out alot. Im a skinny guy and i have gyno under one nipple for about a year. Could anyone suggest any supplements to help? Im 29, 6ft and weigh about 11.5 stone. I have a feeling its all down to low testosterone.

Sounds like a low dopamine high prolactin profile , try to get sunlight as soon as you wake up, and avoid stress and blue light after it gets dark, in general avoid things that overly spike your dopamine , anything over stimulating like video games porn and so on.
Making sure that you get enough Zinc and b6 can also help.

I had an low libido, not that strong erection and have gyno too but my overall health have been improving since a year ago when I started supplementing and workout my legs and abs.
If you are looking for TRT alternative, low dose progesterone or low dose DHEA and Pregnenolone can help your natural hormone production.

more detailed information in here

People on here love mk4 but before i came here all i had heard on other sites is that mk4 causes hairloss and its best to get mk7. We do need to try contact that OP tho.

I think that OP was active recently on Psoriasis forums but no longer on the evolutionary.org forums.

Mk7 stays in the blood much longer, and I think has more studies going on for treating atherosclerosis.
Since it’s active much longer I suppose it may remove calcium deposits more effectively?

LEF Super K has K1 and 1 mg mk4 in it

I think it works faster and more effectively if you do the 30,000 mg ViT d

High dose Mk4 causes hairloss at high doses because it increases the demand of K and D out of proportion. If you look up “High Dose Mk4” you’ll see I posted a study bc I got hairloss from 15-45 mg

low T is a symptom and not the problem...the problem is your body is not making the right amount of hormones including adrenaline and perhaps even thyroid.

if you are not healthy your body wont' make sex hormones and your libido will tank...all the energy is being diverted just to keep you alive.

supplements:
zinc gluconate or better 10-15mg
magnesium citrate 100mg
b complex 100 take half a tablet 50mg
vitamin c 100-200mg of buffered C like sodium ascorbate or calcium ascorbate
taurine to improve bile
selenium foods like liver, tuna...this is important for thyroid
greens like collard, turnip, mustard greens that have organic minerals like copper/potassium/calcium/vitamin E/ VITAMIN A

LIVER supporting FOODS like cabbage, turnip greens, cauliflower these will help the liver detox you espeically estrogens and heavy metals like toxic copper and iron

natural fats...butter and lard

NO TAP WATER..only spring, filtered, or distilled
NO IRON ENRICHED FLOUR, GRAINS, CEREAL
NO ALCOHOL it shuts down methylation, impairs the liver...
