Not long ago I began adding lots of scrambled eggs to my diet which
until then consisted of meat, milk / cheese, fruit / fruit juice, liverwurst and cooked mussels.
I am under the impression that I am doing very well on eggs.
But I am a bit concerned about the high Pufa content of eggs.
I suppose Pufa in eggs is different thant Pufa in seed oils but I am not so sure.
What do you think?
Is there a way ( besides temperature and pulse rate - an indirect measurement of Pufa I would say )
to measure Pufa accumlation in the body?
