Hey,

From time to time I test my blood sugar before and after meals and in the morning.
Regarding official guidelines blood sugar should go down to below 140 until 2 hours after having eaten. I am very fine in that apartment...
but in the morning my blood sugar is still around 106-108 which is defined as prediabetic here in Germany.

My diet consists of:
Lots of low fat milk always with fruit or fruit juice
Meat with great lakes gelatin and fruit or fruit juice and coffee
Parmesan cheese with fruit or fruit juice
Once per week around 6oz liverwurst
Once per week around 6oz cooked mussels
Coffee
Honey
Masa Harina from time to time

I supplement with Thorne k2/d3
And Magnesium glycinate.

I have very low PUFA, more calcium then phosphor, bearly any starch ( besides from time to time Masa Harina),
I balance the amino acids in meet with gelatine, low iron intake ( I always have coffee with meet to inhibit excessive iron uptake)

What do you think?

Nothing to worry about. It is quite likely you have a fatty liver, and therefore at night you’re dumping a lot of free fatty acids into your bloodstream, and this raises your blood sugar in the morning.
