Trying to navigate these waters and make some decisions on which route I will take next in experimenting with supplements next. Wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on or share some experiences with progesterone and thyroid. I know a progesterone deficiency can supress thyroid function. Since I didn't feel relief with low dose thyroid supplementation (I felt like it exacerbated symptoms) I am wondering if progesterone might be a better route to go in correcting hormone imbalance? (I am female, early 30s)
For those that have used progesterone did you use it alone or in addition to thyroid supplement?
