Parsley Tea As A Source Of VitK

Thoughts, comments, criticisms? I've read that parsley is a great source of vitamin k.

Depends on how much parsley you use,

Maybe its better to boil it ,and put some mechanical pressure on it to extract more nutrients,I'm not sure how efficient is steeping it for few minutes like a tea.

Yes that's exactly what I've been doing actually. Boiling for 15 min and then drinking it once it's cooled.

Parsley is a really good source of apigenin. U can find bags of dried organic parsley on amazon, i should get some actually.

I don't think the K1 found in plants has very good water solubility.
Why not just eat the parsley?

Yeah right.

I blend or chop them , then lightly fry in butter for few mins, then blend it in low fat milk.
