Yes that's exactly what I've been doing actually. Boiling for 15 min and then drinking it once it's cooled.Depends on how much parsley you use,
Maybe its better to boil it ,and put some mechanical pressure on it to extract more nutrients,I'm not sure how efficient is steeping it for few minutes like a tea.

I blend or chop them , then lightly fry in butter for few mins, then blend it in low fat milk.
