Pansterone while breastfeeding/nursing?

Hello,

Does anyone have experienced (or has an opinion) on supplementing pregnenolone and dhea while breastfeeding ?? I bought some and want to try it so bad but i can't find literature on the subject.
Or advice on supplements i could introduce, I'm open to everything !

I am not sure (bump).
I wouldn't if it was me but I doubt they'd hurt.
I'd use progesterone PRN.
Good nutrition important when breast feeding. Especially higher calcium and dairy. Prolactin is quite destructive, so support with Peaty foods is key.

I ordered some progesterone, waiting for it, i took it before and during pregnancy, i love it! Can't wait to feel its effect again.
Yes dairy, i drink at least one liter of raw milk a day... days i didnt i see my supply dropping!
I dont know if its the effect of high prolactin and low progesterone but i feel awful in postpartum and I felt amazing pregnant.
