Hello everyone,

I've been suffering from venous leak for about 4-5 years now which is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection. Does anyone have any information regarding the subject? I don't have low T,low dhea , high estrogen, high cortisol or prolactin. I'm currently working on brining my TSH down alittle but other then that everything is fine. The problem though seems to be getting a lot worse. I no longer have nocturnal or morning erections and I can't get an erection at all anymore... I'm 23.

So far alternative treatments or remedies are working on pelvic floor dysfunction, Serrapeptase to clear arteries and scare tissue and pycogenol is supposed to be helpful for keeping the blood in the area.

If anyone has somethin to add or some new info on the subject or success stories it would be very much appreciated.

I couldn't tell you. I don't think I've ever got it tested.

So you claim you don't' have low-T, while never actually having it tested, then go on to list several symptoms of low-T that you're looking to resolve.

So just trolling then? Best of luck! :D

I take serrapetase for back pain. I also take nattokinase which supposedly works synergisticly with it so that may be something to add. Dr's Best has a mixed pill with both.

Im sure you may have thought of this but Ill say it just in case. Most ED issues with young people seems to come from too much porn and too much fapping.

I can remember reading the main effect nattokinase has over Serrapeptase was its ability to lower blood pressure but if they work in synergy I'll give it a try. I also use castor oil thinking its ability to soften scare tissue might work well with Serrapeptase.

Yea I don't really watch porn and I don't really masterbate at all but thanks for the info!

I think the "venous leak" symptom is just a sign of poor health. I thought I had it as well but it turns out working on diet "cured" it. Moving around, decreasing stress, tensions and doing some form of light exercises should help as well.

Define "unhealthy", I mean I've never really been unhealthy in terms of diet or hormones. I've always worked out or played sports. I know people who eat like ***t and never move but also never complain of soft erections or an inability to Acheive one.

Even when I was younger like age 16 my erections would never really "stay".

I had okayish T levels, thought I followed a decent diet (avoided fast foods, too much sodas etc..), I exercised as well, and I had those issues for almost years. No morning wood, no libido, couldn't get hard etc.. I also read all the things about venous leaks and was convinced I had most of those issues. Anyways, now I do have morning woods and good erections, and I had to try and change a lot of things. I understand the point about people being far less healthy and seeming to thrive, but in my opinion it is not relevant for my own case. I don't want to sound like I rule out any serious physical issue, just sharing that I went through something similar.

Well it's good to hear that maybe I can overcome the situation. What sort of things did you try or change?

I stopped exercising too much, I like soccer but my body doesn't like it so much, an other guy had erection issues here and healed with taking time off the gym, throwing most supplements (besides magnesium?) in the trash. However depending on the state I'm in, a few sprints without doing too many can help. Having a better digestion is of course very helpful, making sure you get good nutrients (e.g. pretty sure vitamin c plays a big role in terms of collagen production and cardiovascular health) is paramount, balanced meals, and good circadian rhythm may help. I can tell you what I experiment with in terms of diet but I don't know how relevant it is for you or even if it is ideal for me. It seemed to me that I also needed time with good foods, calories (more!) and enough physical/emotional rest with things to look forward to in the environment to start doing better. I'd look into foods you enjoy eating and which are not incompatible with most foods mentioned here (I consider white rice and tubers compatible). I suspect that spending some time to stretch particular muscles (psoas etc..) can be beneficial too, there was a guy who reported he improved his erection and varicocele (I think) from just doing a 'stupid" stretch, sitting and some for of exercise can be damaging. Sunlight is nice. People have said porn can be damaging. If not overdone kegels might help. This post is interesting:

One thing I had liked from Ray's approach and agree with so far, is this concept that a good metabolism and well functioning body takes care of those issues.
I'm sorry I can't be specific but I simply feel like with time and many different measures I healed (knock on "wood"). Did you ever check for estrogenic load and androgenic markers? Haidut has a few posts on those.
A few other things may have helped in the process but it's difficult to say what their importance was (red light in the eyes and on temples? Negative effects after some time?).

Yea I've read that he said high prolactin or serotonin can keep your testosterone at 500 which can Impair sexual function. My testosterone was 17.7 with a reference range of 8.4-28.8 so I think mines around 530. Could be the first thing I work on I guess. I've also done a bunch a blood tests last Friday so I'll post my results. I've been aware of environmental estrogens for years plus I supp all the fat solubles so I wouldn't think my estrogen would be very high. Other then that yea I'm on getting an optimal metabolism. Btw what do you mean by "stupid stretch"?
