Nails Growing Annoyingly Fast But Not Hair

Hi,

So I have a complaint - My nails are growing too fast. It's annoying. I'm a girl but I hate long nails and I have to cut them every week now.

But my hair is not growing much faster. I was reading some threads about estrogen dominance contributing to the lower layers of hair being dry and curly, which has been the case for me since I was about 18. Top is flat, bottom is curly.

I use progesterone, does anyone think putting this on my skull will help with growth? perhaps change my hair growth to smooth and straight in that weird curly underpart?
