Low Toxin Diet Is there any blood tests I should be getting?(Liver toxicity)

Hi, I wanted to ask about what blood tests to get if I want to know how my liver health is.
Right now I have been told to test for serum Copper and liver enzymes but is there anything else?

ALT, AST, GGT, bilirubin, lipid panel (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides)

Ultrasound scan of the liver.
