Ingredients:
1- 200g of halal beef liver
2- two spoonfuls of ghee (organic cow's milk ghee)
3- One large onion
4- three hot peppers
5- plenty of salt
How I prepared it:
I soaked the chopped liver in milk with salt three hours prior. I fried the onion and peppers with salt until they got soft but not burned. I took them out and put the liver in the pan after I washed it with water. I cooked it very quickly, just barely well done with no blood inside. I poured some of the pan leftover liquid on top of the liver.
What did I eat/drink with the liver:
I ate the liver with a large cup (500 ml) of coffee and milk and a lot of sugar and two tbsps of gelatin. The liver tastes spicy and salty and it feels soft not strong when I chew it. I accompanied every bite with onion and a sip of coffee.
