How to register a new account

I registered my account a while back and do not recall how I registered - but now my friend is trying to make an account and we cannot find where to do that... we have looked everywhere. Could someone please send me a link?

im in the same situation with a friend and was going to ask this exact question last month (then forgot of course lol).

Interesting - my guess would be is that there is many new users on the forum recently and the Admins probably temporarily disabled it to make sure that they aren't bots or spam before allowing new people in - I noticed hoards of users have joined the forum these past few weeks
