High Dose Vit E Every Day. Is Cycling Required?

I will be taking 4 caps of Thorne's Ultimate-E daily (around 2000IU). My goal is to increase libido.

Does anyone know if I should take breaks every now and then? Or is it fine to take this much every day?

Dont do that, in my opinion you dont need that.

Maybe for few days thats ok, but in long term no more than 100-200iu is not necessary,and its actually harmful.

I've read plenty of user reports saying they mega dosed Vit E for weeks with no side effects.

Are you sure it's dangerous? Anyone knowledgeable on the matter, do shed some light.
