High calcium, magnesium, and sodium, low copper

I just got the results of @haidut mineral analysis and the results were unexpected. Calcium, magnesium and sodium are off the charts high with a high calcium to phosphorus ratio. Copper a few other trace minerals are low.

Physically I have some hypo symptoms and some sinus inflammation that I’ve dealing with. Supplements were basically just aspirin.

What does your average diet look like?

Not restricting anything but PUFA. Lots of milk, meats and sugar and coffee. Minimal grains, some rice and fruit and usually no vegetables.

Yeah I wonder where all the magnesium is coming from? No supplements, no gelatin?
