So I start "Peating" about a month ago and I'm not sure if my body is capable utilize those amounts of micronutrients especially minerals.. I have idea about how much fats, proteins, carbs and vitamins but I have no idea if my body really needs those high amounts of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and sodium.. If I'm not so active, don't sweat so much. What body doing with all that calcium, sodium, potassium. Isn't that unnecessary burden for my body(kidneys etc..) ? I try to eat a lot of calories up to 3700 kcal a day. So my mineral intake from the milk, OJ, dates, liver, honey etc. is
calcium 3300mg
phosphorus 2900mg
magnesium 650mg + some magnesium chloride +- 800mg
potassium 7600mg
sodium 7000mg from the food and 15g sea salt

this is blood work from today
potassium 4,4 3,5 - 5,1 mmol/l
sodium 139 136 - 145 mmol/l
chlorides 98 98 - 107 mmol/l
calcium 2,46 2,15 - 2,50 mmol/l
magnesium 0,92 0,66 - 1,07 mmol/l
phosphorus 1,31 0,81 - 1,45 mmol/l
iron 17,5 5,8 - 34,5 umol/l

bilirubin 7,3 3,4 - 21,0 umol/l
conjugated bilirubin 2,4 0,0 - 3,4 umol/l

osmolality 297 275 - 295 mmol/kg

Isn't that high osmolality also due to minerals overload? And low chlorides what that means? So I'm just curious if would be beneficial for me drop calcium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium to a more recommended daily intake? Thx very much for your opinions guys.. ;) and sorry for my bad english lol :shifty:

You don't need 3700kcal a day if you are just basically sitting, it's common sense.
Unless you are like 6'6'' or something.
