Is this a good diet.
I was following low carb, high protein. Doesnt feel well.

Breakfast:
-1 Big Orange
-1/2 cup oats without sugar in it high fiber
-1 cup whole milk 3.25%

Lunch:-8 Oz beef liver cooked in coconut oil
-1 pouch of brown rice fiber

That’s not low carb especially breakfast. I would eat more at breakfast maybe a bit more protein. You can try some gelatin/collagen in your coffee or a couple eggs, cottage or hard cheese to boost the protein. A spoon of coconut oil or a bit of butter in the oats would give it a calorie boost as well. As far as lunch, that is 2 weeks worth of liver according to Ray’s recommendations. There are a lot of good stuff in liver but that’s too much for a serving. I don’t think I could choke down that much. I hope you’re not eating that daily. What is the fiber for?

I’m not sure what your exact diet goals are but you should try to track macros/micros and total calories to make sure you’re on track. Cronometer is a good online tool for this.
