Explain Me This Pain

My wife felt today on mudy earth, on her right butt...
her but hurts a little but she has now chest pain, the pain startet as soon as she felt... a sharp pain in the midle of the chest, while moving the body or arms it it hurts her more...
its not a super strong pain like broken bones but something still happend?
she is 29, its not the heart, it something mehanical with the muscles or bones... she didnt felt hard or on hard matter, she did not felt on her chest, only on the butt, but the chest still hurts...
so, whats that?
