I found a good exercise for shoulder. Idk what it's called and I can't show you really but it's a reverse shrug done on a cable stack with only the bad arm.
Your pushing down with your lat, and it's kind of wobbly where it's cable your pushing down on instead of pulling so the unsteady nature of it activates your rotator cuff to make it stable as you do a reverse shrug, not really tricep pushdown, work the shoulder and let the handle start going behind your back as you do the exercise. You just kind of feel around till you feel the right kind of hurt, I noticed when I got a little pump in some particular muscles back there the shoulder started fixing.

Acid reflux is a manifestation of poor sugar metabolism. When there is low endogenous production of CO2, there is little carbonic acid in your blood to provide the raw material for making the HCl in gastric juice. It is the lack of acidity in the stomach that causes acid reflux.

This lack of acidity in the stomach does not mean that the entire ecf in the body isn't acidic though. It actually indicates too much acidity as in the ecf there usually is a lack of bicarbonates.

Produce enough CO2 by having optimal sugar metabolism, and the body's own balancing mechanism will know how to allocate the CO2 as carbonic acid and bicarbonate.

In a body functioning with optimal sugar metabolism, one doesn't even have to mess with the endogenous carbonic anhydrase enzyme using carbonic anhydrase inhibitors such as acetazolamide. It is interfering with the body's natural balancing ability.
I have reflux crises in which I feel my stomach burning all day, I stopped taking liquids after the lunchs, cut out sodas and juices, and I'm not feeling any more crises, I didn't know that this could affect my shoulder's recovery

this can expand the shoulder bursa and cause the tendonitis, i'm careful now for any exercise

You'd be surprised just how much easier you resolve many issues that require visits to different conventional medical specialists (that never get resolved) by simply fixing your acid base balance, as the change affects the whole system and not just one localized area.

Well you gotta exercise it. I don't know what to tell you. Do facepulls. And if you heal slow, your shoulder will never heal. You need a high healing drive to cause your shoulder to heal

I didn't know Facepulls, it really seems to be a great exercise, but if I force my bursitis it is triggered by the acronym, or maybe in any mistake I can come back with intense pain
neither bench press or overhead press are natural movements for the shoulder join

Your gait cycle is the root problem, Address that and watch your shoulder pain disappear

I've come to report back on this thread I found a good exercise for my shoulder. And it was using post hole diggers. When you spread the handles and lift straight up to remove dirt it is a delt and rotator cuff exercise at just the right intensity for me. It burned and hurt a little to use the tool but at the end of the day, the improvement was very good and the shoulder felt more stable and solid. I mention this because yes you can replicate this exercise in a gym, but getting it in a work environment is better for motivation to push through the discomfort. Even if you went and dug a post hole in your backyard. I would actually recommend you try it. If you have nagging shoulder issue.

I went to an orthopedist, like I was suggested a lot here, he also guided me to strengthen the muscles of the cuff, but I still have this encumbrance on my shoulder because of the biceps tendinitis, I paid attention to healing this tendinitis to be able to go back to strengthening exercises, in your opinion, even with tendinitis, can I go back to exercicies?

I don't know. I don't have bicep tendonitis. I would suggest looking for a therapist that specialized in sports medicine type stuff. I heard that the ones that deal with athletes actually know what there doing.
I know when I'm dealing with pain while exercising it's really hit or miss on whether the exercise helps it or hurts it more. Sometimes it does help it, sometimes it just aggravates it. And it's hard for me to know on my own sholder. It will be some specific movement for yours to you that you have to do for. Figure out where you muscle imbalance is, do stretches and isometric too. Like a heavy farmers carry on just the hurt side for 2 or 3 minutes to really pull down on it to get it off the bursa.
