Shoulder pain persists for three years, but only when i do repetitive moves

three years ago I worked out often, when I started to bench press I felt a little discomfort in my left shoulder when I increased the intensity

I stopped working out for a few months and came back, when I developed my training in the bench press, the pain came back, so whenever it relieved I went back to my routine until the pain was unbearable in training

since then I stopped working out completely and making any effort with my left arm.

today I only feel pain if I pick up something very heavy or if I make repetitive movements with my left arm, I felt a pain in a very small point

the pain never got better or worse, I just feel discomfort when sleeping that I can't control which side I sleep on so this could be continuing the problem

I did a MRI test, and it showed a tenosinotive and impingement syndrome in the shoulder

the specialist recommended physical therapy and recommended a special pillow to sleep better, I hardly ever wake up with shoulder pain but it still happens sometimes

in physiotherapy I did electrotherapy and massages for 3 months but the pain never stopped

I still don't pick up heavy things and make no effort, because it causes pain, I really wanted to go back to working out normally

even when I do exercises, sometimes it doesn't hurt but it causes discomfort such as muscle fatigue, I feel a lock

is normal the recevory and therapy be so slow?

I accept any kind of opnion that can help me

Have you tried BPC 157? Not “Peat Approved” but I separated my shoulder a few years ago and after two bottles it’s like I never was injured. I used the one from TryDNAHealth, (formerly Tailor Made) but there are many out there both oral and injectable.

Figuring out what muscles, fascia and tension are dysfunctional is key. Playing and studying your own body, contracting and relaxing muscles differently with and without weights during the excercise can give you clues where the issue can originate from. Lets say you do a excercise that hurts you in your shoulder or makes it feel uncomfortable, try to contract and keep tension in different areas and see if the pain and the mobility of the shoulder stays the same. Like going trough different vertebraes of your spine and apply muscle tension to them one at a time per repetition. If it's not the spine check the muscles around the shoulderblade. For example, you'd be surprised how tension in your toes can shift the burden experienced in the upper body. There are also muscles we can barely innervate consciouscly because we never excercise them specifically.

BPC as already mentioned and body/movement correction as with FP for example can help too.

I think im confident in saying most people working out have not corrected their fundament beforehand (me included) and will experience injury/damage at some point (or they are lucky and the body compensates into old age).

what are the effects?
is this a steroid? I heard that steroids can help with tendinitis
I heard they can't treat pain with heavy exercise

yes, I learned a few things myself to identify if the pain persists
I keep my arms in a T shape for a few minutes while standing, my good arm feels practically nothing, while my left shoulder in 1 minute starts to feel a strong pressure, in the start of the inurie I felt a small pain in the middle of the shoulder, but recently I feel the scapula area hurting and fatigue, I feel the shoulder and the back now, it's not like it's improved or worsened, I feel my shoulder fatigue faster, like the feeling of finishing the shoulder training to the limit, I feel this doing simple pressure
maybe my cuff is bad, or I don't know, not even the doctors told me something precise

It's a synthetic peptide originaly found in the stomache that the body uses to protect and repair the gut.

They've found wounds and injurys to heal realy fast, some anecdotes even report "fixing" their joints/musccles with it even when year long physiotheraphy and dietary/supplements woud not. It could be problematic however due to the angiogenesis (making/building new blood vessels) to feed into tumors/making them worse.

Haven't tried it myself but i will eventually in the future. Usually people inject it but its bioavailable even trough the oral route and excerts benefits systemic wide. sourcing it (peptides in general) is realy hard/bothersome since there is alot of faking and fraud with thoose kind of products. Lokzo, Hans and Alomongerpete shared interesting videos/anecdotes from it. Its still very experimental however.

Ofcourse they don't. I have not much good to say about medical professionals but let me tell you that whatever they tell you is not written in stone. You can do this.
Sitting down, scanning the body, actively move and relax muscles and get to know your body. Sounds like boring spiritual monk stuff but visualizing and feeling into parts of your body did more wonders for me than any physiotheraphist, orthopedist, acupuncture, chiropracter etc. could do for me.

There’s a good deal of research on peptides in the Russian scientific community, but Ben is right, BPC 157 is still pretty fringe. I have personally used it as I mentioned and I have a nodule on my thyroid that was unaffected by its use for what it’s worth. Like I mentioned, two bottles over about a month and a half healed my shoulder as if it was never injured. Haven’t experienced any further trouble with the injury since, and it’s been a few years.

Just my personal experience, not advice of course.

You've defiantly heard wrong then

They tell you to stop doing the things that were going to cause you pain the first place

The weight lifting you do will always lead you to pain since it doesnt respect how muscles evolved in the first place

Try to be aware how you're carrying and balancing your weight when you stand and walk. I think the body is doing its best to stay stable and if you can find the correct way to carry your body through space the shoulder should relax. One of a kind fitness (OKF) on Instagram helped me tremendously, especially his idea of how your hipjoint is made to move in sync with the rest of your body.

What can also effect this misalignment of the body I think is endotoxin or overall inflamed intestine. This is what I am working on currently and seems to have a huge impact on back, hip and thigh pain.

For some immediate relief I think finding tender spots and massaging on and around the pec minor and serratus muscles might help.

If you just have impingement and not a partial tear then your very lucky. You gotta work more than just your rotar cuff you got to do lats too and biceps helps.

See a therapist for this.

Shoulder girdle is very complex and a lot of muscles are involved besides the shoulders themselves, like the teres major, latissimus dorsi, chest muscles themselves, traps etc.

If you want a rehab protocol a therapist would be best. In the meantime you can use very light dumbbells and try to get blood into the muscle, getting a "pump" so as to stimulate bloodflow to the injured area.

That is Imo the most you can do for now.

my problem is pointed well, I just don't understand why it doesn't get better being at rest for so long

i have tendinitis in the long biceps head i don't think i can workout now
Im a sports massage therapist and i see a super common occurrence that happens that causes shoulder pain. One of the bicep tendons can slip over into the wrong spot. Its a super easy fix. Is your pain on the anterior side of the deltoid? Right about where this X is on the diagram below?

I feel a very pointed pain in the tendon of the long head of the biceps, it goes down a little to the normal biceps, but not much
marked in "x" where, hurts

this pain only after straining for a few seconds or minutes with arm lift exercises

tests showed that I have this tendinitis in the long head of the biceps and impiments sydrom, I rested a lot but the problem has stabilized, it has improved a little, it has not worsened, but I still can't do very heavy exercises

FP can and will fix you 100% guaranteed

Ignore those who are telling you to treat the symptoms and listen to those who tell you to address the system
