Hey guys. Was on finasteride and when I came off I had all the PFS symptoms but my blood tests showed low testosterone and T3 so have been supplementing with both. My symptoms are mostly sexual. I feel the effects of alcohol and weed so assume it's not a neurosteroid problem. I have been on TRT for a month and am hoping that resolves my symptoms but I don't know how long to give it before I consider other treatment options. I am curious what other knowledgeable people would do in my situation?
Also am curious what most people think causes the shrinkage in PFS cases? I have mildly elevated cortisol that I am attributing to the thyroid issues. I am really curious if people think this could be indicative of it being caused by a stress response or if people have other theories. thanks.
