I'm wondering what is your experience with drinking milk or eating cheese and NDT absorption. I'm adding a cup and half of milk to my breakfast, which is generally after about 45 min I take my NDT. Next I would probably add another cup and half at lunch time, again after probably 30min I take my NDT.
My Feeling is that real food may be different than calcium supplement for example, in decreasing NDT absorption. Thoughts?
