trust me, if protein not exceed the 200 gr and intake fiber is low, i can eat 10.000 kcal in less that 3 hours.Your listed foods are extremely satiating, good luck eating 10k calories over any extended period of time
(and poop a couple hours later the same amount in 1 hour on the toilet but thats another story)
