If a person is hypothyroid, should exercise be avoided completely? Or is it alright as long as you have adequate carbohydrates? For example- in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, you get some breaks to drink water or juice, if you're drinking a sugary drink before and straight after rolling/sparring does it negate the negatives ?
