Awesome. From personal experience, I noticed shortly after I started supplementing K2 and Magnesium that morning erections became a daily occurrence. This had never happened to me before, even in my teens. This trend has continued for as long as I've been supplementing. I suspect that anything that improves blood flow will be beneficial in this area, I've heard reports that Inclined Bed Therapy does the same thing. But clearly, better to stick with the safer substances than mess with dangerous ones like Viagra.

Have you experimented with riboflavin? Ultimately, it messed me up, but it will produce the, uh, aforementioned effects. How much k2 do you take? For Magnesium, I've used Citrate and Malate with success (at least in this area), currently using Glycinate. I've used Life Extention, Carlson, Relentless Improvement, Kuinone, and Thorne for K2, and have noticed this will all of them as well.
