Ask him to get a blood panel with androgens and estradiol. If it comes back with poor results, explain to him you would like to try aromatase inhibitors. They will probably be sort of expensive, btu there are plenty of foods and supplements you can take that are very strong aramatase inhibitors. Mushrooms, vitamin E, A, D, K2, taurine powder, niacinimide, orange juice have nice effects on lowering estrogen for everyone. When I take all of these plus androsterone or 11keto and DHEA and pregnenelone and zinc and magnesium I would say my estrogen actually becomes too low and I lose libido and feel dry and emotionless.

You can buy Exemestane from alldaychemist for about 30 USD. They ship from India. I'm thinking about trying it. From my research Exemestane is definitely the safest AI but still only in very small amounts
