What do I have to do to lower my ALT?

Bumping this because I just got similar results. You ever lower yours? Thinking coconut oil could help.

It makes the case stronger that liver inflammation/tissue destruction is your issue. As ALT is more specific to the liver, while ALT being high could be from muscles, heart, or liver:

I took 15g -30g daily for a month and both my ALT and AST went down. I had hemolysis and this caused me to have jaundice. It worked for me but your condition may be different but taking urea wouldn't hurt.
