As implied, they were high for first time ever in Feb. Tests last week showed the same values (plus or minus a couple units). My labs in November were normal as usual, so something I started doing November or later is causing this. I began using Peat concepts in November.
AST was barely elevated above range but ALT was almost double the top of range.
-started Vit A 10k iu daily in Nov. Did that for a few months, then changed to 10kiu twice a week.
-started consuming dairy again in Dec
-Now consume a lot of fructose beginning November
-started NDT in Sep
-no change in alcohol consumption
I was thinking gallbladder because I have been having gallstone symptoms. Doctor said no because alk. Phos was normal and said cut back on alcohol.
I think it might be the retinol?
