What is this? Bald circle spot since birth from baby food tubes?

I have bald spot like this in back of head, its about size of a coin. My mum said it is because i was weak as a baby(they put tubes to deliver food), i tried to google online about it and could not find anything. Anyone know how i can recover hair? or what it is? there are some hair in the bald spot but its like this, few hair in the bald spot. Or could it be hair is forever gone from here? Please feel free to recommend where i can ask this. Some say it is scarring

If you've had it since birth, you'll have it until death. The only thing I think could help would be daily massage.
